I want to pay my account, how do I do this?
I mailed a payment 2 weeks ago. Why does it take so long for you to get and cash my payment? I have just received notice of payment due! My bill notice implies you have not received last payment..
we are getting a bill for $54.15 and it should be $45.44. It was changed middle of May.

HOW TO SET UP AUTO PAYMENTS (PRE-AUTHORIZED)
USE A CREDIT CARD
1. Head to virginmobile.ca/myaccount and log in.
2. Click on My Profile tab.
3. Click on Bills and Services link.
4. Scroll down to Method of Payment, click on Change and then on Sign-up for Pre-authorized Payment
5. Pick Credit Card as the method of payment from the drop down list.
6. Enter your credit card info.
What you’ll need:
- Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
- A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.
USE A DEBIT CARD
1. Head to virginmobile.ca/myaccount and log in.
2. Click on My Profile tab.
3. Click on Bills and Services link.
4. Scroll down to Method of Payment, click on Change and then on Sign-up for Pre-authorized Payment
5. Pick Bank Account as the method of payment from the drop down list.
6. Enter your bank info.
What you’ll need:
- Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
- Your banking info (Transit Code, Bank Code, Account Number).
