What to do when my Kobo Arc no longer charge?

I used to have to wiggle my charger to find a sweet spot to get my arc to charge but it will not do that anymore and will not charge at all. What can I do please?

Hi julia. Do you have extra charging cables? Try using a different one. If it still won't work, I'm afraid your charging port is damaged. Have it check by a Kobo service center.
