Can I use any phone to subscribe to Public Mobile?
I received a cell phone for Christmas (Dec 2013) is there any way the new plan with Public will accept my presentphone?

As long as your phone is unlocked and has the supported frequency band of Public Mobile, then yes, you can use it.
