I lost my phone, how do I report a lost phone
I was shopping in the Scarborough Town Center, I lost my phone. I don't know where I lost it. I want to report the phone lost and need to stop service until I get to the Scarborough \town center and purchase another phone and then get back service

Hi Brindley. Log into your Public Mobile selfserve account, look for lost phone. You should be able to suspend your account there.
