How do I get rid of the messages I keep receiving daily on my Alcatel phone?
I keep getting a message 20 times a day, 3 messages could not be sent.....how in the world do I get rid of this, it has been on here for 6 months, please.
when I try to do anything I am constantly turning it back on...is there a way to keep it on until I close it?, When I turn my phone on it pops off almost immediately

Hi Carolyn. What do those messages say? Are they not indicating an option to stop receiving? What you can also do is to install a SMS blocking app if you are using an Android phone. You can easily get those on Google Play store.
