Is the minutes included on my Virgin Mobile plan cover both outgoing and incoming calls?
I have Virgin Mobile plan which has 500 minutes per month. Is the 500 minutes both incoming and outgoing combined or just 500 minutes that I initiate?

Yes, but there's a $10 add-on to get unlimite incoming minutes.
