Can I get a replacement if my Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has earphone problem?
I have purchased my samsung galaxy j7 prime on JAN 2017,our ear phones was there in problem can i replace that in warranty

If you are pertaining to the earphone accessory that came with the phone, that only has 6 months of warranty, so nope, you can't get a replacement. If you are pertaining to the earpiece of the phone, you need to bring it to an authorized service center first to be checked. You won't get a replacement though, but you may get the repair cost covered by warranty depending on the problem.
