Why doesn't the Sony Ericsson W910i work even if it's turned on?
i on the power switch and it's on with bit video about features of W 910i after that it's go head without continue that video play . there are no work any kind of key ?

Try removing battery and wait for a couple minutes before putting it back in and turn on your phone again. If this doesn't work and you are still stuck on that screen I suggest that you contact the store where you originally purchased the device or you could contact Sony directly.
