Hi Chris, are you sure you have already activated the MMS settings for your network? Pictures can only be sent through MMS instead of SMS, and for that you actually need data to be active so you can retrieve the pictures from your operator's servers. Try to see if you can send picture messages yourself, and if not then it's for the same reason that you can't seem to receive any either.
