Why can I no longer receive group texts on the LG Optimus Zone 2?
I can no longer receive group texts with the LG Optimus 2 phone. I says no content and if you check there's a "download" button that doesn't work...only buffers?

Hi Carl, Thanks for trying to help. I did a live chat with LG yesterday and they tell me that this model isn't set up for group texts. Seems odd to me because I know I was able to get them when I first got the phone.
Hi Paula. Double check APN settings. Make sure it is the correct one from your carrier. Also, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network and try tapping the download button again.
