Why does the display of HTC Desire 816 goes off?
Hi, I have htc 816. Phone works perfectly fine but some times the display goes off and then it turns on once the battery is drained and put on charge. Please help prakash

I'm a bit confused with your situation. Keep in mind that there's a setting in Settings > Display that you can adjust when phone display goes to sleep. Try to adjust that first to longer times, if that's not it. Please let us know.
