Hi Judy. First you should confirm that your plan includes voicemail. If it doesn't you should call first your wireless provider and ask the service to be included in your plan. Once you have voicemail, press and hold 1 on the keypad. That should connect you to your voicemail. Just follow the voice prompts to set it up. If you have difficulty in doing so, you can always call your wireless provider and get assistance from their customer service reps.
