Hey Khadar. You can find the information on how to use email on your phone on pages 99-106 of the user manual. If you don't have the manual yet, you can get a copy from this website. Just go to the HTC Dash 3G page and click on the link located on the right hand side of the page to initiate your download. Also check if you have email service activated on your account.
