How to fix my Samsung Galaxy E7?

So i have a samsung e7, and i have used it since 2014. 2 days ago it started freezing for every 30-60 seconds. It freezes for 5-10 seconds. Its really annoying and please someone help me fix this. Thank You.

Hi Nathan. Try freeing up phone storage also uninstall some apps that keeps running on the background then restart the phone after. Also try removing the SD card and observe if performance improves.
