To reset the INQ Chat 3G its original state:

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
4. Select Security.
5. Select Phone and SIM Card.
6. Select Reset Settings.
7. Click Yes.

The phone is reset to the original factory settings.

Note: Resetting your phone deletes your ringtones, contacts, pictures, messages, and other downloaded content.
