How to DEACTIVATE message blocking on Alcatel Raven A574BL android phone?
How can I DEACTIVATE message blocking on Alcatel Raven A574BL android phone? I don't recall intentionally activating this, nor can I find ANY contact that I have blocked. I cannot send text messages to ANY of my contacts. All other tips have thus far proven to be ineffective at restoring the ability to send text messages.

get out of that still can't make calls or text anybody or receive them and I really know I don't know what's going on my phone
Hi there. Open the Phone app -> Call Settings -> Call barring -> Disable all barrings. Also, in Call settings -> look for Fixed dialing -> make sure it's disabled. By the way, when you try to send a text message, do you see an error or a pop-up message? If you do, let me know. That'll help on how to fix that. Also, check if your number/account is still active and still have credits to be able to send text messages.
