Hi I have a massive problem. I  bought a Alcatel ferice 4 (the 5.5 one) and when I get texts from the phone or from an app (mostly Instagram) it does to short weak buzzes and that's it, I've missed so many important texts and its really frustrating, this is a great phone and I really don't want to complain but please help, I cannot see any settings that will fix the problem and apps don't seem to work, no one has had a problem like this that I can see, this phone was bought from optus and everything, how do I fix this????
