My phone has been disconnected even though I bought a card supposed
to last for one year. What's going on, here? (Just came back from holidays).
To activate on a prepaid plan:
Activating on the CDMA network:
To activate your device on Prepaid on the CDMA Network (it doesn't use a SIM card) you'll need the following info before you activate it online. You'll get awesome activation credits
* Your ESN # (you can find it on the package or on the stick)
* Your personal info including an email address
* If you’re activating a Data Stick , you’ll need your credit card details (sorry, but prepaid credit cards aren't accepted)
* Or you can give Care Specialists a shout at 1-888-999-2321 to activate. Heads up! You’ll get activation credits if you activate online
Activating on the HSPA network:
To activate your device on Prepaid on the HSPA Network (it uses a SIM card) you'll need the following info before you activate it online
* Your SIM Card # (you can find it on the back of the SIM Card)
* Your personal info including an email address
* Or you can give Care Specialists a shout at 1-888-999-2321 to activate. Heads up! You’ll get activation credits if you activate online
To activate a MyPlan monthly plan:
To activate by phone make sure your phone is fully charged up, then give Virgin Mobile a shout at 1-888-999-2321. Be sure to have all your personal info handy because we'll ask you some questions. You can call them anytime from:
9:00 am to 9:00 pm local time - Monday to Saturday
10:00 am to 7:00 pm local time – Sunday
