The phone was supposed to be in my name but koodo always call my wife phone and itried to change it butkoodo alltime passes on to different department so i just frusterrated with them if they cant straighten it out soon i will cancel my 2 phones
Hi Dave. Calling customer service for assistance can be very frustrating most of the time. Instead, you can go to a Koodo Mobile store and have an in-store representative help you. You can also email your concerns at [email protected]. Include your account and contact information so they can assist you with your issue. I hope this helps :)
