How does setting up a plan with Videotron work?
I've been looking everywhere and I don't have a phone so I can't just call them, but does anyone have an idea of how setting up an account with videotron works?

Hi Scarlett. Since you don't have a phone you can use to contact Videotron or for them to contact you, the best option you have is to visit one of there stores. Their reps should be able to guide you with the process.
