How do you turn off the voice when a call or message comes through on the LG Exalt?

1. Open the flip and press [MENU].
2. Press 9 [Settings & Tools].
3. Press 3 [Tools].
4. Press 1 [Voice Commands].
Hit your right soft key then go to PROMPT MODE make sure the phone is on Tone only. I hope this information is helpful.
