How do I wake up the screen of Kyocera Rise without shutting it off?
If the phone goes to sleep or I close the slide out keyboard it shuts off?? Am I missing something? how can I wake it up without it being shut off??

Hi Stacy. You need your phone checked. It's not normal for it to shut off if you just put it to sleep or slide out the keyboard.
