How to update my ZTE Quartz?

When I try to do a software update on my zte quartz. It says data service unavailable.

Wait, I think that shows up because there's no update available. :)

Sadly, I'm getting the same. I've been seeing online that there isn't a way to update it. Its a P.O.S phone. Even connected to wifi I get the same response. I have a good signal, same story.
