I bought $30 to add to my pay as you go solo phone and when trying to call #solo to input my pin number my phone locked and I don't know how to unlock it

pls how do I unlock my SOLO mobile phone(model S350) I forgot the pattern line I drew.
On the screen,it tells me to unlock with google account which I tried but not working

Hi Kenneth. What code do you need? Is it PIN code or Security code? Try the last 4 digits of your phone number. You can also try using 1234 or 0000. If none of these codes work, call Solo Mobile to ask for assistance.
