How to turn on and off data on the ZTE Quartz?
when i get a download text it doesn t work. Some one told me to turn my data

Hi there. Go to Settings > Data usage > tap the network > tap Cellular data.
You can also turn it on and off by pulling down the notification bar tap the icon on the top right and then tap Data connection.
