Hi JimH. Which phone are you using? Assuming you are using an Android phone, save the image first. To do that, open the text that contains the attachment, tap and hold on the image and save it. Now on your computer connect your phone to the PC using a USB cable. On your phone you will get a USB notification, tap on it and choose Media device (MTP). On your PC, you will find a new drive, that's your phone. Open it and look for the image you want to transfer. Hope that helps!
