Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? If you're a prepaid customer, buy an international booster first. For postpaid simply dial it on your phone.

Hi Gerry. You should be able to direct dial to London. I suggest doing the math and if it'll save you more, buy the $3/month International Long Distance Saver add-on, it lowers per minute rate from $0.50/min to $0.15/min.
