How do I get rid of blue circle with 4 white squares off of Samsung Galaxy S6?

Go to settings, Accessibility, Motor, and Cognition, and turn off the touch assistant. That should take care of your little blue circle.

Assistant Menu - turn off, no blue
Go to Settings > under Personal, choose Accessibility > Dexterity and interaction > Assistant menu, switch it off. Let me know if that's what you're looking for.
