If you don’t remember your unlock code, you can reset your unlock code via the User Portal. After you go to the web portal, follow the steps below:

1. On the My Knox User Portal, Click on Devices and select your device.
2. Click on Reset Knox Password.
3. Launch your My Knox if you aren’t inside it already.
4. Enter your new unlock code; tap Continue.
5. Enter your unlock code again; tap Confirm.
