I have Spotify and YouTube on my phone and ever time I try to play a video or listen to music it starts then stops like I paused it so I'll hit play but it doesn't do anything If I repeatedly hit play itll do it. It wasn't like this when i first bought the phone. I have good service it doesn't buffer it just don't play
