How can I retrieve my security question without having to call my Cricket Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime?
I got a new phone and i forgot to write down my info and security question answer down now i cant remember it

I don't think there isn't any other way. I'm pretty sure they will have to verify your identity before they get to help you with that.
