Whenever I plug it into the computer, it does not show up in My Computer at all. The driver device installation wizard comes up but it says it is unable to install the required driver. Should there not be a folder with all the information that I can just drag and drop music on my computer? And also, is there a setting I have to turn on to open up the USB mass storage from my phone in order for the computer to recognize it?
