How can I compare customer service?
I recently had a serious disappointment with Koodo . They are now very difficult to reach to talk about what they have done to my credit score. Sounds hokey but it is their doing.

Hi Pat. That sucks. I think checking out carrier reviews will help you get a look on what the experience with a certain carrier will be.
