I had a Hwauei Holly i Cant able to chang the Font style I had tried the app Suggested above Bt it asking Theme Manager May i knw where ia the Theme manager??

Regarding the fonts, do we still need root access to change this? Does the app you mentioned above require root access?
I have downloaded but not getting the theme manager.....but i dnt find it bt its showing that i hv installed
