Hi Mac! Which phones are you using? If both are Android phones, simply sync the contacts to your Google Account. Now on the new phone, make sure you enter the same Google account and sync the contacts there as well. Another option is that you can save your contacts to your SIM card. There's also an option where you can export the contacts to your phone/SD card memory.
