Can you try using a different email app? This sounds like an issue on the email app you are using.
When I try to dump emails from trash, I can do by taping each one individually. However when I tape on option to delete all. It acts as though it is doing it, even says this could take a while. When it stops working on deleting them, they are still all there. Sometimes there are even more. I have not tried deleting my email app and re installing.
Hi Jim. Can you explain what kind of trouble you are experiencing? Have you tried reinstalling the email app?
