Why do media files downloaded on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 not visible on their correspoding apps?
files like music,videos,photos are completely downloaded but are not seen in video player,music apps,gallery app and my device is samsung note 4

Are you sure they are completely download? Use a file manager and check for the downloaded files. Usually you can find them in a folder named "Downloads".
