How do I reactivate and already activated account when my phone is still disabled. Why doesn't virgin offer a fix to this already set up? Payment is up to date?
I have talked to Virgin Mobile and they told me to dial ##72786#
I have followed their tip and still nothing. I disabled my wifi to do it and now it just continually sits on the virgin mobiles screen and never fully restarts unless I do another factory reset. Looks like I need a new phone.
