You can move apps to SD card, buy you need to root phone first and install app such as Apps2SD.

Hi crystal. You can try doing a factory reset. But if it's still the same after you do that, I suggest you just return the phone and get a replacement, a different model perhaps. It could be an issue with this particular Kyocera model.
