Why won't email notification work on the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime?

Received email notification won't work. All other notifications do work

Hi Dave. Which email app are you using? Can you please check its settings? Maybe notifications are disabled.

This mobile is not supported of most famous Apps like share it,IMO apps I have already six months completed purchasing in this mobile.
