Why can't the dual SIM feature on Nokia Asha 503 be used at the same time?
i am using dual sim but when i use one of the sim the other one lost its network

Hi Raymond. That shouldn't be the case. You should be able to use 2 SIM cards at the same time. If the problem keeps on happening, contact Nokia to report the issue.
