Why is draw over apps function not working on my BLU Life One X (2016)?
Many of my apps will not work properly as the option to enable "Draw over Apps" is not working.
I am able to get to the Device Settings and I am able to choose the app that needs this option, but the toggle is not lit and will not budge...
Any other suggestions? Is there something else I need to do?

Hi Len. Do you currently have running apps (like Facebook and CleanMaster) that are using screen overlay? Try to close them first and see if that helps.
