How to transfer photo from Samsung S390G to computer?
Need to download pics to my computer. They are of my brother who has since passed away. These pics and video are very important to my family and I. Samsung S390G is the phones.

Hi Betty. Please follow these steps:
1. Connect the USB cable to both the device and the target PC.
2. Highlight and select Mass Storage on device.
3. Once the USB connection has been established, the device displays Connected and the PC will show a pop-up removable disk box.
4. Click on Open folder to view files or navigate to My Computer and open up the Memory Card. The default name is MEMORY CARD (Drive Letter) and it is listed as Removable Disk.
5. Open the Pictures Folder.
6. Open an additional Windows® Explorer window and navigate to your Pictures Folder.
7. Drag and drop your picture files in to the Memory Card Pictures Folder.
8. Once it has finished copying, it is now safe to unplug the USB cable from both the PC and device to begin viewing your pictures.
