Doro 825 Network Error showing when trying to sign into My Doro Manager ??

I cannot log into MyDoroManager on the 825..... Just get a message 'Network Error"..

All other devices work fine with the exception of the Doro 825 when attempting to log in to MyDoroManager.




Hi Ron. Make sure your Doro 825 is connected to the internet to be able to log into Doro Manager. Either Wi-Fi or mobile data should work.
