Doro 5030 will not receive incoming texts. It says Phone storage Full for incoming messages, but both inbox and outboxes are empty

Hi Jack. Maybe it's just a glitch, try restarting your phone and see if problem persist. Also please check Settings -> Messages -> Storage -> change to SIM or Phone and see if that fixes it.
