Dialing not connecting. I have a RCA RLTP5049C smartphone (Andriod 6.0) and MagicJack app on the phone.  I am finding about 70% of the time, I cannot call using Phone.  It just keeps dailing.  Sometimes I can move and things are ok.  I usually enter the phone number, but today after that did not work, I hit special contact and it contented right away.  Any ideas why I am having this problem?  I just bought the same setup for my brother, I may have to take it back!
