How to disable browser on the LG F4NR?
Is it possible to disable the browser so that data is not accidentally used? I searched through the users manual and was unable to find any info. Alternatively is there a way to disable data use from the phone if browser cannot be disabled?

Thanks for the idea. I went into Settings / Connection / Access Point Name and reset it (values all changed to something different). To be sure, I edited the APN and typed some garbage and saved it. This worked - no more use of the Browser on this phone!
Checked the manual, looks like you really can't disable the browser. What I can suggest is that you enter a wrong APN settings. Go to Settings > Connectivity > Connection > Internet Profiles > Edit the one you are currently using and purposely mess it up to avoid getting internet connection. Let me know if that works.
