Is the CRM app in Doro 8030 a spam, trojan, spyware, or what?

I am in the process of setting up a Doro 8030 for my mother. I noticed that there is a "Crm" account which is automatically syncing, and has a very high level of access rights. Does anyone know what this is? I do not like the idea of a background account with zero information, that is a security risk. It looks like it may be something that is automatically sending information to Doro, which would obviously be very inappropriate.

The version is 8030A_EU_RET_03.13.00_RC, which does not bring up anything on google.

For reference, the unhelpful response from the Doro support was:

"Further with your request, we inform you that this App comes by default and help the development of it.

Hmm.. I think that's a customer relationship management (CRM) account. Like when you need assistance on your phone, they can access it remotely.
