Consumer Cellular pulling data, while on WiFi

Of late, even when on perfectly-connected wifi, CC is pulling 10's to 100's of megs of data via Cellular from our four lines!  They are polling every six hours, exactly (0600/1200/1800/2400) every day, each line...despite them being differing phones (apple, android) at different addresses on different towers!  Application usage was checked, and no apps or system consumption correlates. Tech support denies any ability to do this, but it clearly is carrier driven.  This will drive us away if it persists.

Hi Paul. Don't forget to turn off data while connected to a Wi-Fi network. Make sure to turn it off on your phone so there's no way data is used. How about the Wi-Fi network? Are you all using the same router from the same service provider? The router might be setup to auto restart during those times, hence the usage of data.
