Unfortunately, Cricket currently does not support this functionality. I suggest you contact them and let them know that they should have this functionality in their voicemail service. Good luck!
Hi Karen. You just need to adjust the settings on how many rings it'll take before a call goes to voicemail. Let me know which carrier you're with so I can check how to adjust it.
